40 Years of Fish Cookbook

The commemorative cookbook, “Forty Years of Fish,” celebrates the 40th anniversary of the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute. The cookbook is divided into three recipe sections: salmon, shellfish and whitefish—each page’s design hinges on utilitarian and industrial elegance. Processors, harvesters, marketers and eaters all see seafood through a skewed lens of mass, flesh and usability. Hand-touched with hard edge marries well within Alaska seafood.
